Earlier this morning, while cleaning my office, I came across a stack of old documents—some of the original plans for Shiloh Eco-Polis, written back in 2022. Although fragments of this vision trace even further back into my journals from 2019–2020, this document represents the first truly formal articulation of what would eventually become Shiloh & the Commonwealth.
What struck me most was how little has changed.
The writing here is raw—unfinished in places, unpolished, stained with coffee and scribbles, and composed long before I had tools like ChatGPT haha! And yet, the core vision remains consistent with what we are building today. What was once aspirational has since been refined, pressure-tested, and expanded into thousands of pages of master plans and foundational documents—but the essence was already present.
It took years for the full scope to reveal itself. Each iteration of planning became more coherent, grounded, and disciplined. In that same span of time, life itself became a the forge—shaping my character, refining my leadership, testing my faith and resolve. Only now has such an ambitious enterprise become not merely imaginable, but tangible and pragmatic.
I’m sharing this document as a piece of lore—a glimpse into the early mind of Shiloh. I’ve kept it largely unedited, preserving its original voice and spirit. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed rediscovering it.

The Problem of Society and Humanity’s Solution
Of the greatest challenges humanity has ever faced, it has been our own creation. A society of egotistical people trying to dominate others, seek hollow pleasures, avoid challenges, prioritizing safety over freedom and living a life devoid of meaning and purpose. Living a life just to satisfy the senses ruins men and nations, makes animals of men. Animalistic simpleminded humans are easy to manipulate and control, they become like chattel to these "matrix overlords".
We live in a hyper-consumerism society with "overlords" that demand the masses to comply. They utilize fear, force, and woo woo dark magic to control their minds. Weakening the minds of men and subduing the spirit of humanity like it’s something to conquer and control.
People are expected to just enjoy the “bread & circus”- consume, live in fear & compliance, get the jab, get the job, pay ridiculous taxes, intoxicate, fornicate, and surrender their Sovereignty to external authority. This is the epitome of living a weak and unfulfilling life devoid of meaning.
All our basic needs are becoming more expensive forcing us to work longer and harder, our foods are devoid of nutrients and rich with poisons, public schools indoctrinate and groom our children, doctors are drug dealers, the state turns citizens into corporate assets and treats people like property… the list goes on and on.
It may seem like the end times within this decaying society, but the dawn of our new world is upon us. We… are the bringers of the dawn! This new world we bring forth is humanity’s solution to transcend the bullshit of this insane society and create genuine solutions for ourselves and our children. We deserve a better way of life. We must take responsibility for creating a better life...
We’re creating a world for our people to thrive and live in harmony with nature, invested in resilience & prosperity and the ascension of civilization. Where we can live more meaningful lives and enjoy fulfilling relationships.
In this document, I have outlined my proposed solution, the plans for this new world, for the kingdom to come- one village at a time.
Grand Vision
The Commonwealth of The People is the core essence of this community that is Shiloh. Sovereign in our nature as a community of free men & women who are United to put forth the effort to create Heaven on Earth. To work in harmony with Nature and one another, we Live, Learn, & Love this life to the fullest. Invested in innovation, spirituality, culture, education, commerce/trade,... We facilitate a sacred economy and lifestyle on the foundation of regenerative agriculture, quality craftsmanship, the art of living well, and being a nexus of commerce for our communities. Pioneering how we live together in community.
The Flagship development known as Shiloh will be our cornerstone project and from this foundation we will build an a kingdom. A kingdom where humanity’s sovereignty is reigns, where We The People live in harmony with Nature, honor God, and uplift one another.
Our flagship will have many branches of service to offer, branching out to the realms of agriculture, construction, hospitality (Restaurant & Lodging), trade (marketplace & supply), Cultural arts, Education, Recreation, Freedom preservation, mother/child care, holistic health & wellness, church & mission work. This flagship development will indeed be like a sovereign eco-village, with a campus of facilities for every branch of service (see map)
Our products, services, and experiences will be offered within the domain & jurisdiction of our community, catered to our members. Our services will also strategically branch out from our flagship and into our surrounding communities, the state, and around the nation- through the power of our supply chain infrastructure, development capabilities, logistics management, our well-rounded crew, and our kingdom ambitions.
Our flagship development will be the proving grounds for this community concept, a foundation for our commercial operations, an incubator for culture and innovation. This is where the kingdom begins, for as our flagship community grows in population so does our power to progress with this enterprise.
We will expand our operations and add more value to our community by the high quality commodities that we source and artisan crafts we create; Quality Food from our farms, delicious meals from our restaurants, medicine from our gardens and apothecary, water we harvest and purity, power we generate, local petroleum products we source, and a good supply of other products from our partners around the region. Basically everything that people need and desire to thrive, we source it from our resilient supply chain infrastructure.
The kingdom/Commonwealth phase of our development is the long game, it looks like establishing communities all over the state, with fleets of land, air, and sea vessels to connect us and logistic management to make it all happen.
It all starts with strong foundations for the flagship development, getting our founding documents established correctly, uniting a strong council to help lead, counselors to guide, growing our community and crew to build and expand our structure as a New Earth civilization.
Think of the flagship development as a glorified eco-village, with short term & long term lodging, farm & gardens, restaurant & venue, marketplace, cultural arts venue & stage, a workshop & warehouse, and an HQ/office for our operational management… There’s more to this all that you’ll soon discover, read on.
Flagship Foundational Progress plan
To progress with such an ambitious enterprise, we need to strategically invest our resources in a way that is cost efficient yet high impact to cultivate momentum for our progress in the multiple phases of our development. Aligning with smaller goals to progress with the bigger vision.
Establish the basic foundation for this enterprise
Drafting founding documents for 508(c)1(a) Faith Based Ministry, unincorporated
Create a solid business plan.
Invest in consulting for UCC compliance, founding documents, contracts, leadership and decision making structure,
Organically build community support and contribution. Hosting events, banquets, fundraisers, symposiums
Designate the Land, acquire land, and prepare the land for development
Once land is acquired, we start preparing for development. Designating locations for establishment of facilities.
Establishing basic structures for a command post, community space, shelter, storage, kitchen, off grid water and power, heavy duty tents for lodging.
Integrate infrastructure; for the cultivation, generation, management & delivery of resources and waste throughout the property.

Graceful Execution
Build awareness and support for future development
Coordinate the development of our facilities to accommodate our growing community. Initially focusing on Community Hub/HQ, Lodging developments, venue, marketplace, Resource & waste management, warehouse & workshop, farmhouse, livestock space, gardens,
Resource infrastructure & Waste management: Resources include food, water, fuel & power- the generation and management of power, the harvesting and management of water, the cultivation and distribution of food, the the source and supply of fuel.
Waste includes organic waste, grey water, human waste- management includes composting of the organic waste and recycling of greywater
Community Hub/HQ: Our headquarters for admin office and Hub for community gatherings. Later integrating commercial grade kitchen to prepare larger meals. Farm to table style.
Festival Grounds: This is the zone that consists of the main stage, the grounds themself, and access to marketplace
Marketplace: A section of the property where venders can set booths and the community can find local grocery, artisan goods, services, and an open free market.
Warehouse & Workshop: The warehouse facility is where our equipment, supplies, tools, are kept. The workshop is where we have tools and equipment to create.
Lodging Accommodations: Initially we will invest in high quality tents & geodesic domes for sturdy shelters, proving lodging accommodations for community members and crew. As we onboard and train a good loyal crew and acquire equipment and supplies, we can work to develop more structures onsite. We will start by building simple hempcrete cottages and various shelters for our community. Our dedicated crew will handle most of the developments on the land.
Continue to host events, gatherings, ceremonies, and experiences for our community. Cultivating culture and building awareness of the Kingdom Enterprises (Outdoor theater vibe for shows, movie nights, speakers, music)

Membership
Membership is a multidimensional structure that is necessary for the entire operation to function in a harmonious way.
Being that this is technically a Faith Based Organization(FBO)/ Private Membership Association (PMA)/ 508(c)1(a), This is sacred business and all commercial activities are done with our community’s domain, operating in the private sector. Not operating in the public sector gives us more Freedom in navigating the “seas of Commerce” and how we share our products, services and experiences with our community.
Our community members:
When I say that our membership structure is multidimensional, I simply mean that there’s different membership statuses, responsibilities and privileges for members. Members can contribute to the community in the ways they can to earn higher status of membership. Meaning that a member can offer their service to the community operations to earn their residency here, or they can contribute financially.
Members who contribute service: Members who sign up for community jobs within our operations will earn food & board plus modest wages and opportunities to travel and live free. These members help in the garden, the farm, on the construction crew, the restaurant, the venue, any job that needs done will be fulfilled by a community member.
Members who contribute financially: This area offers certain privileges that correspond with the members' contribution. Folks can pay a fee for membership that grants them access to our facilities and experiences we facilitate. Members can also buy a lot on the land, and our crew build their home using supplies we source. Occupying a community home earns the member a chair at the village board. Members who make significant contributions can earn a chair at the council (basically our board of directors/trustees)
Ultimately, our community takes care of our members and our members take care of the community. We cultivate high quality commodities & facilitate amenities that contribute to the economy of our community and the wellbeing of the people, of Shiloh and The Commonwealth, ultimately-for all our members. Our members produce and supply all the necessary resources to thrive, and it’s our members who enjoy the fruits of our own labor.
It’s a self-sustainable sovereign operation that builds itself up from within to yield abundance. Not only will our members thrive, but so will the Earth we steward, the surrounding economies, and humanity itself. That’s why I associate this community model with The Kingdom of Heaven. It’s designed to be faith-based, harmonious, & fruitful.
Branches of Service:
Being that we’re a PMA, our commercial operations and community members have more freedom to do business within our network. Since we’re technically a ministry, we can have multiple auxiliaries to operate in different capacities and industries to best serve our community. These are known as our branches of service.
Branches of service refers to the activities within and from our facilities, their purpose of service to our community and operations. Branches in the areas of farming, construction, hospitality (Restaurant & Lodging), commerce facilitating, Cultural arts, Education, Recreation, Freedom preservation, church services, supply chain, Healthcare, security.
Construction Department & Real Estate Development: Among our strongest branches is construction and RE development. This is among our first branches to grow and bear fruit. It starts with our initial crew, our crew will be responsible for all physical developments in our community. From laying the foundations of our infrastructure to building all structures.
We’ll start with member/volunteer general labor, people who believe in the mission and contribute their service for the fulfillment of our community’s goals. Initially focusing on our infrastructure, basic shelters, and facilities. Then building lodging accommodations, tiny homes, and bunk houses for members.
Our Construction department will facilitate sovereign and sustainable real estate developments such as building green homes (custom & catalog) to build for clients as a service or build to lease and rent in our own community developments. U.S.S.D will build residential structures on a wide scale all with a design philosophy in alignment with L.E.E.D’s principles for green building.
Most of our building material will be natural and sourced locally; lumber, stone, Hempcrete, metal
Lodging : A significant aspect to this operation is lodging (short-term & long-term). We will start by building modest lodging accommodations, RV hook ups, glamping tents, geodesic domes, tiny homes, & modest homes, bunk houses. Some shelters serve to accommodate for guests for short term rentals and some serve our members for long term dwelling.
In a financial context this is a lucrative aspect to the operation, members can buy lots onsite and our crew can build a modest and healthy shelter with materials our construction department sources.
In a logistical context this is a significant component to sustain operations and developments. Most of our crew/ if not all will dwell onsite. Arrangements are made to provide room & board for our crew in exchange for their loyal service to the kingdom. This keeps labor costs down, develops crew chemistry and inspires productivity.
Farming/Regenerative Agriculture operations: Management of farming operations onsite, management of relationships with local farmers, food & water storage
Local Grocer Coop: Local farmers stock the shelves of a unified farmers market PMA

Restaurant Service:
Freedom preservation: will be facilitated via the pen & sword. It is incredibly important that we protect our community with an impeccable legal & commercial entity, preserving our freedoms and resources. We will protect & support the development of our technological innovations and the innovators in our community. Too long, greedy entities have dominated in our capitalistic society, holding us back from innovating a sovereign and more sustainable way of life to preserve their industries and maintain our collective reliance on their products and services. These entities sabotage and destroy any innovation that poses a threat to their industry. We will protect, preserve, & support innovations for a better world.
Community Hub: The main structure to essentially be the heart of our headquarters. This facility will have space allocated for; a professional kitchen, dining space, lounge, office & meeting room, deck/patio space. It can serve as a restaurant, Club, Office, and more. It can sit up on the hilltop and have a great view of the land and community.
Lodging accommodations: There will be several buildings on site dedicated for short term and long term lodging. Allowing lodging for community members and guests. This includes RV power & water hookups
Workshop & Warehouse: This facility will serve as an office, shop, studio, and warehouse for our U.S.S.O construction development service.
Cultural Arts Venue: This being a nice stage, a large field to gather for festivals and hold space for popup marketplace.
Healing Space: This will be like a holistic Health Clinic, a facility using ancient & modern health technology, functional medicine, and holding space for catharsis catalysts-a place for plant medicine journeys, yoga, meditations, intimate vulnerability circles- This could also be connected to a healing temple like space.
Additional Thoughts
-Essentially, this is a private community that values unity, sovereignty, sustainability,
-Genuine & intimate connection with self, other, and Earth. This is a simple and more fulfilling way of life we're creating.
Questions
I desire to understand effective real estate development, this includes;
surveying the lands, making a plan, and working with the lands to develop & produce.
integrating a good infrastructure to source, manage & distribute resources/energy throughout the community
funding the venture; effectively articulating the value of the project, identifying the problems in life and provide the solutions.
Conclusion
Inspire the people by showing them a wholesome way to live!
That there’s more to life than the mundane & morally decaying society we’re born in.
We will create a better way of life of our posterity- this is our civic duty
