Cancellation Policy
To preserve the integrity of our time, honor the mission, and ensure that every prospective participant receives the highest level of attention, clarity, and stewardship, the following Booking Policy governs all Discovery Calls with the Founder. 1. Purpose of the Call A Discovery Call is a private 30–45 minute consultation with Brodysseus, Founder & Chief Steward of the Freedom Lodge and Lead Architect of Shiloh. The call is designed for individuals who are: -discerning investment or donor participation -exploring residency or community membership -seeking advisory or professional involvement -evaluating institutional partnership opportunities -seeking to understand Shiloh’s mission, plans, and development phases at a deeper level It is not a casual conversation; this is a strategic dialogue intended for individuals genuinely discerning their role in the Genesis Phase of Shiloh. 2. Form Completion Required All participants must complete the Discovery Call Intake Form prior to scheduling. This ensures we understand your background, intentions, interests, and alignment. 3. Confirmation & Scheduling After submitting the form you will receive a Discord call link. Priority placement is given to: -Founders Circle candidates -institutional partners -major donors/investors -individuals who have submitted Soft Commitments -long-standing Freedom Lodge companions 4. Rescheduling Policy We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule: -Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. -Same-day cancellations may require re-submission of the intake form before rebooking. -Repeated cancellations may result in limited booking privileges. 5. Confidentiality Agreement By scheduling a discovery call, you agree that: -All materials, plans, documents, financial models, presentations, and details shared are strictly confidential. -You will not disclose, distribute, or replicate any information provided without formal permission 6. Conduct & Good Faith Standards We request that all conversations be conducted with: -professional respect -sincerity of intention -openness and honesty -alignment with Shiloh’s values and Code of Honor 7.
