​Shiloh is an 86-acre dynamic community Development and land revival project, rising on the ancestral homeland of Brodysseus-

across the road from the Spring Valley Freedom Lodge in Waco, Texas.

This development represents a localized renaissance—a glorious return to harmony between people, place, and purpose. Shiloh is not simply a housing project, a market, or a venue. It is a sanctuary of interwoven systems—cultural, agricultural, spiritual, ecological, and economic—all designed to foster long-term prosperity, healing, and interdependence.

1. Eco-Village: +40 Homes Rooted in Purpose

At the heart of Shiloh’s vision lies a village of +40 sustainably built housing units and tiny homes, constructed by our in-house crew with natural and locally sourced materials.

Each lot will be designed to integrate seamlessly with the land and community infrastructure featuring water catchment systems, renewable power generation, composting solutions, and edible landscaping.

2. Regenerative Agriculture & Community Farm

The Shiloh Farm will function as both a food-producing ecosystem and an educational demonstration site for regenerative agriculture and permaculture.

Features include: -Food forests, rotational grazing systems, companion planting, and perennial crops -Animal husbandry facilities with ethically raised chickens, goats, and other livestock -Water-smart infrastructure: solar-powered pumps, gravity-fed irrigation, and swale systems -Resource management systems: composting toilets, biodigesters, and closed-loop waste cycling -Farm school & apprenticeship programs to train the next generation of land stewards

The entire property will be designed as a living, edible landscape—abundant, interactive, and nourishing.

3. Heart of Texas Market & Vendor Grounds

Shiloh will host a regional farmers and artisan market, providing a consistent and accessible outlet for local producers to offer their goods.

This market will include: -A covered vendor village built from reclaimed and natural materials -Rotating vendor opportunities for local farmers, herbalists, homesteaders, artists, and chefs -Integration with our festival grounds to support seasonal events, music, and cultural programming -A central Community Exchange System to facilitate trade, bartering, and micro-economies

The market will strengthen food security, foster economic resilience, and become a vibrant meeting place for people of all walks.

4. Festival Grounds & Cultural Arts Venue

The soul of Shiloh will be expressed through music, art, and celebration. We will establish a permanent festival ground and stage, supporting a diverse range of cultural experiences.

The cultural infrastructure will include: -A natural amphitheater built into the landscape -Modular stage design for concerts, plays, ceremonies, and open-mic nights -Artist studios and maker spaces for resident creators and visiting talent -Seasonal events such as the Shiloh Harvest Festival, storytelling nights, and artisan fairs

This venue will empower the voices of local artists, inspire intergenerational expression, and restore art to its rightful place at the center of community life.

5. Pollinator & Animal Rescue Sanctuaries

Honoring our duty to protect the vulnerable, Shiloh will become a

sanctuary for rescued animals and pollinators.

We will develop: -A bee sanctuary with multiple hives, pollinator gardens, and education programs on colony collapse, sacred beekeeping, and ecological restoration -Partnerships with animal shelters, including Fuzzy Friends of Waco, to provide space for rehabilitating and rehoming abandoned animals -Animal therapy zones integrated with wellness and youth development programs

These sanctuaries will embody compassion, ecological reverence, and the interconnectedness of all life.

6. Entrepreneurial Incubator & Social Enterprise Hub

Shiloh is not only a haven for dwellers—it is a launchpad for local enterprise and sovereign entrepreneurship.

Our business incubator will provide: -Mentorship and training for regenerative businesses, homesteads, and creative ventures -Access to fundraising support, donor networks, and low-interest microloans through the Lodge’s Prosperity Network -Shared-use facilities and cooperative tools for production, packaging, and marketing -A collaboration chamber to foster partnerships, co-ops, and strategic alliances

This hub will empower innovators and ensure that community wealth is rooted in local hands.

7. Holistic Wellness & Natural Birth Center

Shiloh will house a multidisciplinary wellness center rooted in traditional, holistic, and integrative healing arts.

The wellness offerings will include: -A natural birth and maternal health clinic for safe, sacred, and sovereign birthing experiences -Treatment rooms for herbalists, bodyworkers, naturopaths, counselors, and energy workers -Holistic gymnasium and training facility -Workshops and retreats in fasting, somatics, natural medicine, and mind-body connection

Health is at the heart of freedom—and Shiloh will be a sanctuary for healing on all levels.

8. Craftsman Workshop & Tool Library

Our community workshop and craftsman studio will provide access to tools, equipment, and a safe, professional environment to learn and practice skilled trades.

Facilities will include: -Woodworking and fabrication areas -Metalworking and blacksmithing stations -Natural building and stone masonry tools -Tool library and materials inventory -Classes in carpentry, homesteading, mechanical repair, and permaculture construction

9. The Shiloh Hall: Our Central Gathering Place

The Shiloh Hall will be the beating heart of our village—serving as a multifunctional community center designed for gathering, learning, and celebration.

Key features include: -A large indoor-outdoor event space with flexible seating and acoustic architecture -A professional-grade kitchen for communal meals, culinary education, and value-added production -Modular classrooms for workshops, training sessions, and rites of passage -Offices and meeting rooms for Lodge governance and partner organizations

Here we will host feasts, weddings, strategy meetings, workshops, and community assemblies.

10. Ecological Restoration & Land Stewardship Initiatives

Shiloh’s foundation is its relationship with the land. Every phase of development will be guided by a stewardship ethic—where every decision nourishes the soil, the water, the trees, and the spirits of the place.

Ongoing initiatives include: -Habitat restoration for native species and migratory birds --Reforestation and erosion control using native flora -Myco-remediation, seed banking, and biodiversity corridors -Integrated ecological mapping and a land-based apprenticeship for ecological literacy

The land itself will become our greatest teacher, reminding us of our place in the Great Pattern.
