The Freedom Fitness Club is a brotherhood of men dedicated to physical mastery, warrior conditioning, and the philosophy of fitness as a path to personal liberation. Whether we meet at the Freedom Lodge or beyond, we train with the spirit of Freedom, pushing our physical limits to unlock our inner strength, resilience, and potential.
We recognize fitness as more than just movement—it is a spiritual discipline, a philosophical pursuit, and a means of self-conquest. Through struggle, we uncover our true capabilities, forging ourselves into stronger, sharper, and more disciplined men.
Freedom of Fitness
When we gather at the Freedom Lodge, training is both structured and open-ended. Each Freedom Fitness session begins with a Freedom Fitness Circle, where we:
Welcome all brothers and affirm our mission
Introduce ourselves and state our proficiency levels (particularly in martial arts)
Engage in collective training exercises to unify and strengthen the brotherhood
Release into Freedom of Fitness—allowing men to train in their chosen disciplines
During Freedom of Fitness, men can choose from various focus groups, such as:
Weightlifting – Developing raw strength and endurance
MMA & Combat Training – Honing hand-to-hand combat skills
HIIT & Conditioning – Pushing the body through high-intensity challenges
Nature Runs & Endurance Training – Developing stamina and mental toughness
Breathwork & Cold Plunge– Cultivating internal strength and resilience
We will typically conclude every Freedom Fitness Training event with a feast!
Commonly, it's Steaks & Protein Shakes. Every man contributes meat and protein powder if they can.
Sacred Combat & The Freedom Fighters League
At the Freedom Lodge, we hold dedicated space for Sacred Combat. Each session includes training in a specific martial arts discipline, and we open space for sparring, competition, and challenge matches.
For those seeking to test their skill and rise through the ranks, the Freedom Fighters League provides an opportunity to qualify for competitive fighting within the brotherhood. Fighters are placed into four divisions based on proficiency:
Novice – Beginners developing foundational combat skills
Adept – Intermediate fighters honing technique and strategy
Proficient – Advanced warriors engaging in structured sparring
Expert – Masters of combat, preparing for elite competition
As champions rise from the Proficient and Expert Divisions, select fighters will be chosen for a special qualifying round to represent the Freedom Lodge in semi-professional underground fight circuits across Texas, often known as Active Clubs.
