Freedom Fitness is the official fitness club of the Spring Valley Freedom Lodge—a community for men and women who seek to train their bodies, sharpen their minds, and strengthen their spirits through movement, discipline, and camaraderie.
Whether lifting in the Lodge gym, sparring in martial arts, running the nature trails, or venturing into local parks for group excursions, our sessions blend physical training with brotherhood and sisterhood. From bodyweight workouts to combat drills, endurance runs to creative fitness challenges, we embrace a wide range of disciplines to keep fitness dynamic, impactful, and enjoyable.
Beyond the sweat and struggle, we cultivate a culture of encouragement and accountability—where each member uplifts the other, and where the path of personal excellence is walked together.
We also collaborate with local gyms and facilities, organize nature-based fitness experiences, and champion a lifestyle of health, freedom, and holistic strength.
